It is mandatory to present identification for all minors accompanying you during your stay. For Mexican citizens, accepted identification can be the CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) or the child’s birth certificate. In the case of international travelers, the minor's passport must be presented.
Minors traveling alone, with a guardian, or relatives who are “NOT” their parents must present the following at Reception:
- Original notarized permission signed by both parents, indicating the following:
- Dates of stay.
- Name of the hotel.
- Names of the child's parents with identification numbers.
- Name of the minor with identification number.
- Name of the person authorized to stay with the minor, with identification number.
This measure is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and complies with current regulations established by the authorities.
Without the proper identification for minors, we will unfortunately not be able to complete the check-in process.

We remind you that according to national tobacco control laws, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in common or public areas.
